If you want your shopping cart to support the custom "text color" then instead of having a line like this one
<body text="green">

You would use this
<body text="##HTML.TextColor##">

Our shopping cart will then replace the ##HTML.TextColor## (including the pound symbols) with the Text Color you have selected in step 1.
